Digital Products:
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

Once the product has been delivered via email or download link, it is considered received and completed.
Online & In-Person Classes:
Payments made for online or in-person classes, workshops, or programs are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer to a future class (subject to availability).
- Receive the replay if a recording is available.
- Requests for transfers must be submitted at least 24 hours before class.
Franchise, CCP, or Business Coaching Programs:
Due to the proprietary nature of the information shared, all payments are non-refundable once materials have been delivered or onboarding has begun.
